Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design strategies and solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design-to-code collaboration
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
