Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Strong Python skills for API integration and automation
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- PhD in CS/AI or equivalent industry innovation
