Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pixel-perfect designs in agile environments
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for accessibility standards
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate designs based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
- Experience with responsive design for web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals for effective collaboration
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech design highly desirable
