Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct usability testing and analyze metrics for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers and promote design system consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B and consumer-facing projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and analytics
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
