Responsibilities
- Execute user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Lead design critiques and mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews
- Develop accessibility-compliant interfaces meeting WCAG 2.1 standards
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience conducting moderated usability testing and A/B testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration
- Certification in UX Research or Interaction Design preferred
- Experience mentoring design teams in agile environments
