Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues
- Participate in regular training sessions and skill development
- Support office equipment setup and maintenance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
