Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and drive continuous improvement of design processes
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize product experiences
- Create compelling design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
