Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
