Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven research
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Analyze user metrics to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business requirements into design strategies
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
