Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to drive design decisions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Advocate for the user voice within the organization and ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our internal design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to iterate quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
