Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP/AI development
- Proven portfolio of successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar large language models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex AI outputs
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Python and AI development frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
