Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone and email to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and respond to IT service tickets in a timely manner.
- Learn and apply knowledge of network protocols and basic infrastructure maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.

Qualifications
