Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect prototypes
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Establish design systems and maintain component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to drive iterative improvements
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience mentoring design teams and conducting critiques
- Proficiency in data-driven design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech preferred
