Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for high-stakes B2B applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible designs
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio development
- Establish design systems and maintain design consistency across complex platforms
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or enterprise projects
- Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- Strong background in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience collaborating in agile environments with Jira and Confluence
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
