Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations in enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools and remote access
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via ticketing systems and phone
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in network monitoring and security awareness training
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
