Responsibilities
- Lead user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify design trends
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team-wide design standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with measurable impact
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience working in agile development environments
