Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data backing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro
- Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, card sorting
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating process work and final polished designs
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
