Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive user flows and information architectures that guide users toward conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve existing designs.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
