Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our state-of-the-art downtown studio, leveraging industry-standard tools to create intuitive, human-centered solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices for the organization
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
