Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize user experiences
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to team innovation
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking (school projects or personal work accepted)
- Basic understanding of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
