Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed steps and screenshots
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Conduct regression testing and smoke tests for new releases
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate UI/UX consistency and accessibility compliance
- Generate test reports and metrics for stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience (internships acceptable)
- Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
- Strong written communication skills for defect documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Preferred: Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
