Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Document network topology and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical network incidents
- Conduct regular network audits and optimization tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
- Experience with VMware and virtualization environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
