Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent brand experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user data to identify opportunities and drive product improvements
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proven track record of shipping successful SaaS or consumer-facing products
- Experience in regulated industries (gaming, healthcare, or finance preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
