Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices across all projects
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Conduct competitive audits and stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Experience leading cross-functional design projects in agile environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving process and measurable design impact
