Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain consistency
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions to executive leadership
- Analyze user data and metrics to iterate on experiences and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and design systems
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
