Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma/Skate
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business outcomes
