Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from research to final implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing)
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C digital products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
