Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring code quality and security best practices are adhered to throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Node.js, Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
