Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and speed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of the codebase.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
- Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#).
- Frameworks: Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
