Responsibilities
- Execute user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex government and enterprise platforms
- Design intuitive interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or government projects
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research expertise
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Clearable federal background check required
