Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Develop design systems and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence within the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proven ability to create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user experience
