What You’ll Do:
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in data.
- Reporting: Translate complex findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend data-driven solutions for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, Excel).
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, visual format.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines.
- Create standardized reports and automated processes to support business operations.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and joins).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
