Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python for automated reporting
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and track business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and recommend strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of published dashboards
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven projects on deadline
