Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and prioritize features.
- Present design concepts and justify decisions to stakeholders and clients.
- Optimize existing designs for maximum conversion and user engagement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and process documentation.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with design systems (e.g., Atlassian Design System, Material Design).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
