Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement of digital experiences
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation within the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user solutions
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform development workflows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
