Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical frameworks to answer them.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Data Modeling: Create robust data models and schemas to support reporting and analysis requirements.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and product features.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and data quality improvement within existing workflows.
- Reporting: Generate clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
