Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive design systems
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction specifications to solve complex problems
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system documentation
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
