Located in Irvine's vibrant tech hub, we blend California's dynamic energy with remote-first flexibility. This hybrid role requires 2 days/month in our sunny Irvine office for team collaboration, with the remainder of your time working from anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure design alignment
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across digital products
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Analyze user behavior data to drive data-informed design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
