Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design solutions to leadership and advocate for user needs
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, personas, journey mapping)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
