Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through clear documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and design outcomes
