Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement solutions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather actionable feedback for design iterations
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies including personas, journey mapping, and A/B testing
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS fundamentals for design handoff collaboration
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving process and final design outcomes
