Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expert knowledge of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform constraints
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
