InnovateTech Solutions is seeking a passionate Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for our rapidly growing SaaS platform. This role offers 100% remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration at our Mesa headquarters. You'll lead end-to-end design processes, collaborate with cross-functional product teams, and shape the future of user-centered design in a dynamic, startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving
