Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive digital interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent design language across products
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years UX experience)
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprint facilitation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and version control systems
