Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD while maintaining design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures for complex digital platforms
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
