Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant user flows
- Conduct usability studies and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design sensibility
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design with measurable impact
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including card sorting, journey mapping, and A/B testing
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira and Confluence
