Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes from discovery to implementation using Figma, Adobe XD, and Miro
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, persona development, and journey mapping
- Design and iterate high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design strategies to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Principle
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design insights
- Experience leading design sprints and agile development processes
- Demonstrated success in creating design systems and component libraries
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders
