Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
