Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Lead design critiques and present solutions to executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
