Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centered design solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments and design systems
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
